I was 14 when I figured out that selling wasn't about pressure.
It was FBLA. A candle fundraiser. I outsold second place three-to-one by asking one question: "Will you help me represent you at state?" That was my first lesson in story, and my first lesson in how humans actually buy.

What does a growth strategist do?
A growth strategist diagnoses what's actually costing you revenue. Usually it's one of three things: a message problem, a funnel problem, or an offer problem. That's different from a marketing agency (they execute the tactics) and different from a life coach (they work on mindset). I do the strategy layer. What to say, how to say it, who to say it to, and what to build around it.
